ST. CATHERINE OF SIENA - 2010 PICTORIAL DIRECTORY
BE A PART OF THE 2010 PICTORIAL DIRECTORY!!!
We are excited to announce that our church will be putting together a new pictorial directory!
This directory will be a great tool for helping us to put faces with names and a wonderful way
to commemorate our 100 year Anniversary! Here's how it works:
- Every participating family will receive a FREE Pictorial directory as well as a FREE 8x10!
- You will only have to make ONE VISIT to the church, as you will be photographed and view your poses after you are done being photographed.
- There is NO OBLIGATION to buy ANYTHING! If you CHOOSE to purchase pictures, be prepared to pay for them on the same day you are photographed.
- Please stop at the sign-up table THIS WEEKEND to schedule your appointment! The sooner you sign up, the more times you'll have to choose from!
There are only 2 weeks to sign up! Don't put it off! Just stop at the table on the front porch before or after Mass, pick the time that works
for you and/or your family, and take a brochure. WE NEED YOU! WE NEED EVERYONE!
The more families that participate, the nicer our book
will be so please sign up and encourage your fellow
parishioners to do the same. We realize everyone is
busy but it only takes about 1 hour of your time and,
again, there is no obligation to buy anything. Olan
Mills has assured us that there will be no pressure to
make a sale, it is strictly voluntary. This is a service
they provide to all churches. There is no cost to the
church either. If you choose to purchase portraits,
they come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
The scheduled dates for photography are:
Mon-Thurs Sept 20-23 from 2 PM until 9:20 PM
Wed-Fri Oct 6-8 from 2 PM until 9:20 PM
Sat Oct 9 from 9:30AM until 5:10 PM
Reasons I'm not signing up"...
- "I don't like to have my picture taken." So what! Maybe the rest of us would like to see you in this historic book. We look at you at Mass, we like the way you look!
- "No one knows me." Well, they will now. They'll see your picture and say "oh! That's what their name is! Now I can say "hello" and use their name!" Yippee!
- "I don't need to be in the book." I can't tell you how many times I've pulled the old book out looking up someone I wasn't sure of. Half the time I'm relieved to find them so I can put a name with their familiar face. The other half, I'm disappointed because they're NOT IN THERE! How frustrating! Please put all excuses aside and like the Nike Slogan says:
"JUST DO IT!" (please!)
